To help make your stay at Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark in Cortland as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. - Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. Please note that there is an additional fee for access to the water park at the property. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Deposit of first nights stay due upon booking. Resort fee of 8 percent of nightly room rate. The resort fee includes pool access, fitness center access, shuttle service, ski storage, concierge/valet service, and parking. ADA compliant rooms are available.
